• Apply through authority’s applicable channels in order to obtain Building permit, architecture, structure, marine and MEP (AC, Electrical, Water, Drainage) approved drawings.
• Obtain NOC’s from DM, DEWA, DU, RTA and DCD etc.
• Supervision of Construction
For the RTA Dubai Old Souk Station, Bower &andOctant delivered a comprehensive civil and architectural design, combining traditional Emirati style with modern engineering solutions.
The scope covered building planning, structural detailing, façade and material coordination, and integration of marine and land-based facilities to ensure functional performance and aesthetic continuity along Dubai Creek.
The project demonstrates our ability to design public transport infrastructure that respects cultural heritage while meeting high technical and sustainability standards, compliant with authority requirements
