This project involved the civil and architectural design of the Deira Old Souk Marine Station, ensuring structural integrity and seamless integration with the surrounding urban environment.
Bower and Octant developed detailed architectural layouts, structural plans, and coordination drawings that balanced functional design with aesthetic value, in line with Dubai’s heritage district character.
Our team prepared the full set of authority submissions, including DM, DEWA, DU, and RTA requirements, to secure building permits for the architectural, civil, and MEP works. The result is a durable, well-coordinated design that supports marine operations while enhancing the overall visual identity of the area.
