The Port Rashid Quay Wall & Revetment Design project, undertaken for DP World, focused on providing comprehensive supervision and consultancy services for the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the existing port infrastructure. Acting as the main consultant, Bower and Octant oversaw the construction and restoration works to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and long-term durability requirements.

The supervision scope covered quay walls, revetments, abutments, and dredging works, ensuring that each activity was executed in alignment with the approved design and marine engineering standards. Regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and technical reviews were carried out to monitor construction quality and resolve challenges encountered during execution.

Through active site supervision and collaboration with contractors and DP World’s engineering team, the project ensured the structural integrity, functionality, and sustainability of one of Dubai’s most important port facilities, supporting its continued role as a key maritime gateway.
