The MRO Airplane Hangar project in Dubai South involved supervision consultancy services for the construction of a state-of-the-art maintenance, repair, and operations facility. Bower and Octant provided continuous on-site supervision to ensure that all architectural, structural, and MEP works were executed in compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and authority regulations.

Supervision activities included daily monitoring of construction progress, verification of steel structure assembly, inspection of concrete works and foundations, and coordination with the contractor and project management team. The supervision team also facilitated NOC compliance and liaised with relevant authorities to ensure a smooth project execution.
