Bower and Octant, in collaboration with RAQ Contracting Co. LLC, has been engaged in the design and supervision of a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Airplane Hangar in Dubai South.

The project involves delivering complete architectural, structural, and MEP design, while also coordinating with all relevant authorities to obtain approvals. In addition, our team is providing supervision consultancy services to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution throughout the construction phase.

With works currently in progress, the hangar is nearing completion and is scheduled for handover by the end of 2025. Once finalized, the facility will provide advanced infrastructure to support the aerospace industry, offering specialized space for large-scale aircraft maintenance and repair operations.
