The project comprised the master planning and conceptual development of a new deep-water port in the Hadramouth Region of Yemen. The initiative was designed to address both current logistical demands and future expansion needs, ensuring the port can serve as a strategic maritime hub for the region.

Our scope included a comprehensive site condition inspection and the identification of the most suitable design for the specific coastal location. We worked closely with the client to define operational requirements, ensuring that the master plan aligns with both commercial objectives and environmental constraints.

Key deliverables covered the development of port facilities and capacity assessment, ensuring optimal layouts for berthing, cargo handling, storage, and transport connections. Additionally, the project emphasized cost budgeting and financial control, providing the client with a robust and realistic implementation framework.

The outcome was a strategic port master plan designed to support long-term economic growth, trade facilitation, and regional connectivity.
