For the Khorfakkan Waterfront, B&Odelivered a series of advanced coastal and metocean studies that guided the shaping and development of the beach area. Our work included hydrodynamic, flushing, and shoreline evolution modelling to predict and sustain the natural dynamics of the coastline.

These studies ensured that the beach layout supports both environmental resilience and user comfort, allowing the waterfront to maintain its clean, stable, and visually striking appearance over time.
