The project includes the detailed design of a fixed jetty forming part of the luxury marine facility at Six Senses Palm Jumeirah. The jetty was designed to provide a safe and durable berthing area that blends naturally with the waterfront setting.

Bower and Octant carried out the structural and marine design, covering the jetty, pile foundations, and related works, as well as coordination for the required NOC approvals.
The design ensures long-term performance, easy maintenance, and a clean architectural connection between the fixed and floating structures.
