For the Azizi Rafi development at Al Furjan, Dubai, our team delivered a complete Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in line with regulatory requirements. The scope of services included the preparation and submission of the EIA report, supported by extensive baseline environmental monitoring to document the existing conditions of the project area.

Baseline monitoring covered ambient air quality, noise levels, soil characteristics, and groundwater quality, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the site’s environmental profile prior to construction. These studies formed the foundation for defining appropriate mitigation measures to ensure compliance with sustainability and environmental protection standards.

The project concluded with the successful approval of the EIA and the obtaining of the Certificate of Environmental Compliance (CEC) from Trakhees EHS, enabling the client to move forward with project execution while maintaining regulatory compliance and safeguarding the surrounding environment.
