Bower and Octant is currently engaged in delivering full consultancy and design services for the British Oak School, located in Dubai South. The project is still under development and aims to establish a modern, sustainable, and inspiring educational facility tailored to the needs of students and staff.

Our team is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support – from innovative architectural and structural solutions to sustainable MEP design and coordination with authorities for approvals. In addition, we are preparing the tender documentation and supervising the execution phase to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Once completed, the British Oak School will feature state-of-the-art classrooms, collaborative learning areas, and modern infrastructure, setting a new benchmark for educational facilities in the region.
