Bower and Octant was appointed to deliver comprehensive consultancy services for the Nursery School at Tilal Al Ghaf, developed under the British Montessori Schools. This project demonstrates our multidisciplinary expertise, covering the entire lifecycle from design to construction oversight.

Our scope included architectural, structural, and MEP design, obtaining all required NOCs and authority approvals, as well as managing the tendering process — from preparation and issuance to technical evaluation.

The project is now in its final stages of completion, with construction successfully executed and all approvals secured. The design emphasizes a safe, modern, and stimulating learning environment, blending contemporary architecture with child-centered spaces that align with Montessori teaching methodologies.

Once completed, the school will serve as a vibrant educational hub and a new benchmark for nursery facilities within the Tilal Al Ghaf community.
