The RTA Sabha Station project involved comprehensive supervision consultancy services for the construction of a modern marine transport facility along Dubai Creek. Bower and Octant’s supervision team ensured that all marine, architectural, structural, and MEP components were executed in accordance with the approved design, authority standards, and safety regulations.
Supervision responsibilities included monitoring the construction of gangways, piles, and pontoons, ensuring precision and durability in every phase of the works. The team coordinated closely with contractors, reviewed material submissions and shop drawings, and facilitated authority inspections to maintain compliance with DM, DEWA, DU, RTA, and DCD requirements.
Through continuous on-site supervision and proactive coordination, Bower & Octant ensured that the Sabha Marine Station was completed to the highest quality standards — enhancing the operational capacity and connectivity of Dubai’s public marine transport network
