Bower and Octant designed a modern private villa located in Veternik, Serbia. The project involved delivering architectural, structural, and MEP design solutions, supported by detailed 3D renderings to accurately visualize the final appearance and align with the client’s vision.

The villa features a spacious and functional layout, including three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A swimming pool is positioned at the front of the property, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The structural design ensures long-term durability and safety, while the MEP systems provide efficient and comfortable modern living.

The project is currently under construction and in its final stages of completion, with handover expected soon. Once finalized, the villa will stand as a showcase of contemporary residential design, combining comfort, functionality, and aesthetics.
